Why we exist
Step Up Training CrossFit is more than a workout — it's a community of people chasing real progress. When John and Zoe built this place, the goal was simple: serious, well-coached training that meets you exactly where you are.
The programming is sharp and the standard is high. Some members are here to move better and feel strong; others are training to compete. Either way, every workout scales — you'll be pushed, coached, and surrounded by people pulling for you.
Our mission is to empower people to become the best version of themselves through functional fitness and a community that shows up. We believe that. We act like it.
