The daily group class — and the main thing most members do. Build strength and endurance with high-intensity workouts guided by our coaching staff: endurance, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning, every workout scaled to your ability. Shown as WOD on the schedule.
→02A progressive strength program built to add strength and muscle mass while keeping your joints healthy. Dedicated time under the bar to build the foundation everything else stands on.
→03Access the training facility outside of class hours, featuring top-of-the-line ROGUE & Concept2 equipment. Train on your own program, drill a skill, or make up a workout you missed.
→04Personalized coaching in a one-on-one setting, where a detail-oriented coach develops a program tailored to your specific needs, goals, and limitations.
→05Visiting from out of town or simply passing through the area? Drop in and train with us for a class — all are welcome.
→06Our Saturday session for members training for competition or chasing more advanced work. Higher volume, higher skill, and a longer block to really get after it.
